Living La Canterica
We show you the land.
You choose how to live it.
There is no single way to enjoy La Canterica. Some days call you out to discover the mountains; others to stay on the terrace, share a meal or let the afternoon drift by amid conversations, books and small moments.
We provide the house, the surroundings and a few good recommendations. The rest is up to you.
Sharing time together
La Canterica is made for gathering. For long meals on the terrace, summer barbecues, conversations that stretch on after dinner and days shared with those who matter most.
Whether you come with friends or with family, you’ll find spaces to be together and enjoy the time you share.
A place to rest
Every corner of the house has been prepared with care, so your stay feels comfortable and simple.
Welcoming living rooms, terraces, outdoor areas and small touches thought out so you can give your time to enjoying the place and the people with you.
The luxury of a small village
With fewer than 150 inhabitants, Fuentes de Rubielos keeps something ever harder to find: space, silence and authenticity.
There are no crowds here, and no rush. Just quiet streets, paths that set off from the front door and surroundings where nature still sets the rhythm of the seasons.
Small moments
A slow breakfast on the terrace.
A game of cards as supper falls.
A book beside the window.
A glass of wine as the day burns low.
And, at last, stepping out to watch the stars.
Small things that, without warning,
become the ones you remember most.
One more of the family
At La Canterica, dogs are welcome — at no extra cost.
Because we know that for many people a getaway isn’t complete if someone from the family is missing.
Here they can join you on walks, trails and shared days, part of the experience from the very first moment.
When you stay a while, something settles
It is hard to say exactly what happens. Perhaps it is the silence. Perhaps the time shared. Perhaps the feeling of returning to what matters for a few days.
What is certain is that many guests leave with the feeling of having truly rested.
And sometimes, that is all it takes.
