This English version is a courtesy translation. The only legally binding version is the Spanish one.
These conditions apply to any booking made directly through La Canterica's own channels (website, telephone, WhatsApp or email), for any of the apartments (El Jardín, El Mirador or the whole house).
Confirmation of the booking
- The booking is confirmed by paying a deposit of 30 % of the total stay.
- In the case of single-night bookings, the full amount will be requested to confirm the booking.
Security deposit
- On arrival, a cash security deposit of 100 € per apartment is provided (200 € in the case of booking the whole house).
- The security deposit is returned in full in cash at the time of departure, once it has been verified that no damage has occurred.
Methods of payment
- The deposit and the amount of the stay are paid by bank transfer or Bizum.
- The security deposit is provided and returned in cash, on arrival and on departure respectively.
Cancellation policy
- For cancellations notified more than 14 days before the check-in date, the 30 % deposit paid at the time of booking will be refunded.
- For cancellations notified 14 days or fewer before the check-in date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In the event of early departure for reasons beyond La Canterica's control, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Check-in and check-out times
- Check-in: from 16:00.
- Check-out: before 12:00.
- We can be flexible with check-in and check-out times when there are no bookings for the same day. Just ask us.
Bookings through external operators
The conditions described in these Terms and Conditions apply to bookings made directly through La Canterica's own channels. Bookings made through external operators (third-party booking platforms) may be subject to pricing and contracting conditions different from those described here, according to each operator's policies.
House rules
So that the stay is pleasant for everyone, we ask you to bear in mind a few basic guidelines:
- Care for the house as if it were your own. If something breaks or stops working, let us know so we can sort it out.
- Respect for quiet. La Canterica is in a peaceful setting; at night we ask you to keep a quiet atmosphere out of respect for the neighbours' rest.
- No smoking indoors. If you smoke, you may do so outdoors.
- Pets welcome. La Canterica is pet-friendly, at no additional cost. Pets remain the responsibility of their owners.
- Rubbish and basic tidiness. Before you leave, we would appreciate it if the rubbish is taken out, the kitchen is tidied and the house is left in a reasonable state. The general cleaning is done by us.
- The house is for the registered guests. Bringing in outside people is not allowed without consulting us first.
